If for any reason, you would like to refund or exchange any order, We hear you!

Riyadh orders: we accept returns & exchanges on UNWORN items within 2 days of receiving it.
& we would very much appreciate you telling us the reason for the refund for us to manage the issue.

International orders: we accept returns & exchanges on UNWORN items within 5 days of receiving it.
The shipping fee will also be refunded to you. Although you would have to arrange the return of the item,
We will then process the refund after we receive the package to guarantee the order is in good
condition.& we would very much appreciate you telling us the reason for the refund for us to manage the issue.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after the 2 or 5 days post delivery, or if the item has been worn.

Note : swim wear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons ( please check your size well in size chart )
